DIY!!

Scale : I can fit this on my 23 inch circumference head. That doesn’t guarantee that every 23 inch circumference head will fit. You could have a longer nose or wider head for example. But anything under 23 inch should be a great fit with some padding.

Theres a picture attached that you can replicate on a sheet of cardboard and cut out, to check the ability to fit over your head, if your head is 23 inch circumference or more.

Raw Pla print. Will need post processing work.
It’s a kit, and it comes in pieces.
No visor included.

You can also add some of the ever popular fan mesh for the visor. See the pictures attached of Sabine Ren helmet with visor material. (This is a Boba Fett helmet, the Sabine Wren is just for a visor pic example.)

If you add the fan mesh visor, you also get a plastic PETG visor. You can wear both visors together and the fan mesh will basically tint the PETG visor for you. See attached picture. (The picture is an example on a Sabine Wren helmet)

If you’re at a long event, it can get hot and hard to breathe in a helmet. You can then just slide out your visor and put in just the fan mesh. This allows the heat to dissipate and you can breathe much easier. It’s also great at night Because no one can see in your helmet and you can have great vision while heat dissipates.

Add a jar of our filler paint for 10.00!

The paint add-on for $10, is a filler paint to help you smooth the print and finish it. (Check the youtube links)
The paint add on for $10 IS NOT colored paint for you to finish painting the model.
The paint add-on for $10 IS NOT for a finished painted model. (I can’t finish this and paint it for you for $10. 🙂)

Made from PLA Filament, plastic made from corn-starch or sugar cane. It is 100% biodegradable, and non-toxic. 3D printed products made with PLA are durable, strong, and make useful items that hold up to real life.

I’ve tried to remove all the printing supports, but it’s possible I missed one.

This is not a completed model. It’s a model kit and comes in pieces.

There are no instructions, but the pieces will only fit together one way, and it’s pretty intuitive. Just be careful you don’t glue it together in the wrong order and find you’re unable to fit the last piece in. Plan it out ahead of time.

PLA models are not the same as resin models. PLA can look just as well on the finished product though. But to achieve the best results requires sanding, crack filling, and a great paint job.

Modelling:

The perfectionist: they will clip, file, and sand every piece. Then glue each piece together filling any gaps with gap fill. Then prime and paint and varnish.

The semi perfectionist: they will file and sand most pieces. Then glue and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.

The painter: they will glue the model together, and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
