-Raw Pla print.
-Will need post processing work if desired. You can use filler and sanding, if you want, but I’ve seen a lot of these done with just painting, and they look great. Because it’s a robot.
- There is no standing base in this kit. The droid will stand without it, but if you want the stand, it can be printed with an extra charge.
This version has movable parts! Check out youtube videos such as:

It might seem daunting with all the parts, but if you just start with the feet and work your way up, it’s very easy. I will send a PDF with instructions, but I actually put it most of it together, just by looking at
The instructions will also give you some ideas of things you can use for the lens.
Can be easily taken apart, if you want to transport it around to various functions.
Cost includes purchase of the original file STL from Droid Division. Check out their awesome files!

Add a jar of our filler paint for 10.00!
The paint add-on for $10, is a filler paint to help you smooth the print and finish it. (Check the youtube links)
The paint add on for $10 IS NOT colored paint for you to finish painting the model.
The paint add-on for $10 IS NOT for a finished painted model. (I can’t finish this and paint it for you for $10. 🙂)

Made from PLA Filament, plastic made from corn-starch or sugar cane. It is 100% biodegradable, and non-toxic. 3D printed products made with PLA are durable, strong, and make useful items that hold up to real life.
I’ve tried to remove all the printing supports, but it’s possible I missed one.
This is not a completed model. It’s a model kit and comes in pieces.
There are no instructions, but the pieces will only fit together one way, and it’s pretty intuitive. Just be careful you don’t glue it together in the wrong order and find you’re unable to fit the last piece in. Plan it out ahead of time.
PLA models are not the same as resin models. PLA can look just as well on the finished product though. But to achieve the best results requires sanding, crack filling, and a great paint job.
Modelling:
The perfectionist: they will clip, file, and sand every piece. Then glue each piece together filling any gaps with gap fill. Then prime and paint and varnish.
The semi perfectionist: they will file and sand most pieces. Then glue and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
The painter: they will glue the model together, and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
