Phase 2 ARC Trooper Helmet Kit!
All the pre-separated parts interlock together for an easy assembly! If you need the helmet to expand apart when putting it on I'd recommend elastic bands connecting the front and back.
Default scaled to fit up to a 24.5" circumference head.
I can get my 23 inch head into it.
A visor cutout template is included, please use this to trace the shape of the visor. It can then be inserted into the pre-modeled slot on the faceplate.
Check the pictures for the opening size. You can then replicate this on a sheet of cardboard and cut it out to use it as the sizing to see if you can fit your head through the opening. If not, you might have to use elastic.
Visor:
You can also add some of the ever popular fan mesh for the visor.
If you add the fan mesh visor, you also get a plastic PETG visor. You can wear both visors together and the fan mesh will basically tint the PETG visor for you.
If you’re at a long event, it can get hot and hard to breathe in a helmet. You can then just slide out your visor and put in just the fan mesh. This allows the heat to dissipate and you can breathe much easier. It’s also great at night Because no one can see in your helmet and you can have great vision while heat dissipates.
Add a jar of our filler paint for 10 Canadian dollars!
The paint add-on for $10, is a filler paint to help you smooth the print and finish it. (Check the youtube links)
The paint add on for $10 IS NOT colored paint for you to finish painting the model.
The paint add-on for $10 IS NOT for a finished painted model. (I can’t finish this and paint it for you for $10. 🙂)

Made from PLA Filament, plastic made from corn-starch or sugar cane. It is 100% biodegradable, and non-toxic. 3D printed products made with PLA are durable, strong, and make useful items that hold up to real life.
PLA models are not the same as resin models. PLA can look just as well on the finished product though. But to achieve the best results requires sanding, crack filling, and a great paint job.
Modelling:
The perfectionist: they will clip, file, and sand every piece. Then glue each piece together filling any gaps with gap fill. Then prime and paint and varnish.
The semi perfectionist: they will file and sand most pieces. Then glue and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
The painter: they will glue the model together, and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
