Wearable General Grievous Helmet!
Scaled to fit a 23 inch circumference head. My head is 23 inches in circumference and I can confirm that I could fit this helmet on my head. I did have to hold down my ears to get them through, so it was a nice fit. So if your head is larger than 23 inch circumference, I can’t guarantee it will fit. But it should fit most 23 inch circumference heads, and any head circumference smaller than that, will fit fine.

Made from PLA Filament, plastic made from corn-starch or sugar cane. It is 100% biodegradable, and non-toxic. 3D printed products made with PLA are durable, strong, and make useful items that hold up to real life.

I’ve tried to remove all the printing supports, but it’s possible I missed one.

This is not a completed model. It’s a model kit and comes in pieces.

There are no instructions, but the pieces will only fit together one way, and it’s pretty intuitive. Just be careful you don’t glue it together in the wrong order and find you’re unable to fit the last piece in. Plan it out ahead of time.

PLA models are not the same as resin models. PLA can look just as well on the finished product though. But to achieve the best results requires sanding, crack filling, and a great paint job.



Modelling:

The perfectionist: they will clip, file, and sand every piece. Then glue each piece together filling any gaps with gap fill. Then prime and paint and varnish.

The semi perfectionist: they will file and sand most pieces. Then glue and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.

The painter: they will glue the model together, and fill the large gaps. Then prime and paint and varnish.
